Not exactly a difficulty mod, plays entirely differently from what space marine 2 is, yes absolute is too easy, yes this is harder, no they are not comparable in any way and that is not a compliment, this blows.
Love this mod. The only question I have is about the red skin on the enemies. I am particularly sensitive to the color and i really love this mod. Is there anyway I can change the enemy color on my end? i know some mods have hex color codes that can be changed, but i am not sure if this is a texture thing. Please let me know your thoughts. Really amazing mod overall. :)
10/10 my game crash with tons of green lightning and spore mines(literally no place to stand). idk how people play this mod , I usually keep tab on the clock for ability countdown. I dont enjoy 6th difficulty as much, better success in RNG is all I feel like I get. Enemies go down fast and so do u. I havent managed to finish 6th level by sniper or assault without running away from the hordes.
You should start at lower difficulties to get the hang of the new gameplay flow before playing on 5 or 6. All the difficulties do is reduce how many mistakes you can make before getting sent back to the barge so you can treat 1-3 as practice.
Hello my brother, this is truly an amazing mod. I’ve found fresh challenges in it that have eliminated the boredom from my game. If you don’t mind, could you tell me which files you modified to adjust monster health and spawn rates? I’m really eager to customize the combat experience to better suit my playstyle.
No plans to add that since a large amount of effort has gone into balancing around having no hud, there are other difficulty mods around if you want a more vanilla experience
Currently only available as a weapon on the Heavy class. Has a very short range and alot of power. Not finished tuning it, but wanted to get a playable version of the patch out there for people.
Still working on updating the mod for the Trigon update. Daughter in the ICU for a week so my priorities have been elsewhere. Check back in soon for an update. Everyone is home now and settled, so I'm ironing out an update.
If you want a challenge and Absolute just isn't cutting it anymore then this mod is for you, as now the Thousand Sons and Tyranids are running joint ops and you're the main objective. Better get ready for 7 lictors to jump you while a Helbrute and Imurah laugh at you from the sidelines.

Is there a way to configure this mod to keep the insane difficulty and spawns but retain the vanilla mechanics of crosshair and threat indicators?
