unfortunately, this mod relies to HD Portrait mod to function ☹️ you can use portraiture but I'm not really sure how to convert it as I don't use Portraiture
I've just gotten the main portrait to work with Portraiture. I haven't tested the others.
Install Portraiture and navigate to the Portraiture/Portraits folder, then create a folder (or optionally open another folder within of your choice). Copy this mod's portraits to that folder. Make a copy of Alecto_green.png and Alecto_green_winter.png. Rename the copies Alecto.png and Alecto_winter.png. Launch the game, talk to Alecto, press P to cycle to the folder you made or selected.
