awesome mod man... Could you add an option to disable Dark brotherhood targetd from being kidnapped for those rescue missions? I had a problem where I could not kill Hern (The vampire) because he had a quest in the notice board (That I did not even know, I just discovered because more people had the same problem) to be rescued...(rescue citizen quest)... So I could not kill him and had to go back to a previous save to do the notice board quest so I could do the dark brotherhood one
I'm glad people like you exist. I just came back to skyrim after about 2 years just to find a bunch of worrywarts deleted their mods in protest, as if it would change something. Disappointment all around honestly.
Would it be possible to add completion options to each quest? - Notice Board is notorious for choosing locations for quests to remote locations - somehow it even selects Vominheim dungeons for "Slay the Undead" (from level 1) despite Vominheim not being radiant enabled (according to Venjhammet's description). It will also sometimes select message or delivery quests to/from NPCs that cannot be accessed.
Oh - and for those who might think "Quests are in Skyrim" is the answer to problem 1 - doesn't affect it.
There are console commands to do so for each quest type, and I have made batch files for each one, so I do have a work around.
Hah, I just had a request for this on a mod. I made a proof of concept ESL that limits the job locations to Skyrim holds. Not tested, because I don't actually use Notice Board (I made something similar for Missives). ESL file here if you want to use it or integrate it etc.

But is this a typo in MCM?? Gigant? Should be Giant
