      actually no the amulet of kings his wearing is from a mod called legacy of the dragonborn, it's meant to show on the chest.

   This preset in really awesome!  it's exactly what i've been looking for to do a Tiber Septim playthrough, absolutely using it on my next run!      i really love the emperor robes too, can i ask where you found them?

      What? the robes? or the armor? or the amulet of kings? if so the robes are from skyrim, the armor is from new legion, The amulet of kings is from Legacy of the dragonborn.

      I can't find that on the Nexus for SSE.  Is it a Skyrim LE mod?

      Its the emperor armor in his legion replacer. Its a great mod as a whole and I would highly suggest checking it out.
