Marked Y'sai and Zatoh as having skin issues; removed from the option that skips skin issues.
Moved "NPC Over NPC" options for Alma/Nata to the main mod so you don't have to add the big optional file for the most common NPCs.

[NPC Over NPC]: Filter so it's only adult humans, matching the main mod. Reduces the mod count from 37k to 24k.
[NPC Over NPC]: Changed the height of anything overwriting Nata to better fit. (So they don't hover over the chair next to the tent.)

Re-added the missing individual options for NPCs with skin issues. They still have the issues, I just accidentally excluded them from individual options before.
[NPC Over NPC]: Added an optiona file to make replacing one NPC with another relatively easy.
