    Attention citizens of the commonwhealth,
    currently there is a problem with navcut that further re-evaluates the npc if you use "not updated fix mods", at the current date there is no working fix and the use of "things" created in a cheap way aggravates the health of the npc even more.

    Spectacular Island will be released separately because it can't be vanilla, but it needs 6 mods that add skins and objects.
    (the mods are light but unfortunately they are important)

    Im probablt just being stupid but i didnt really get what this mod does. Does it builds settlements for you so you dont have to decorate yourself or does it makes settlements already be build from the start so you can have more places to visit and eventually add to your "empire"?

      I tidied up the description a bit thanks for the feedback and suggestion you can find everything there.
      I would like to point out that there are other mods that permanently and heavily modify like Mewtwo only Sanctuary or only the vault 88, the vanilling system used allows you to give choice and lightness to the mix.

    maybe i expanded vault 88 too much and layout creator can't generate the esp
    I'm working on a solution
    it's a layout creator server problem,

    the gym will be finished today given the large amount of updated content,
    the vault 88 update will be released today, later it will be finished with the residential district.
    I managed to put 2 themes in the "R'Museum":wheat and farm, lighthouse, displays for the rare objects you find during the adventure have been placed (I recommend votw and my mods).
    It will be explained in an article why there are fish and the factory is Saltuna themed!

    another day of double work because I crashed without going to sleep.Other areas complete, the structure has been reinforced with supports to block the fall of objects placed by players. It had always been a dream of mine to build in the water...

    • After hours I accepted that the reactors cannot go directly into the water to cool them naturally, but walkable concrete blocks yes, now the area looks like a point where you meet the boss of the galaxy team who is awakening some legendary pokemon.
    • The saltuna industry was a success I created a whole lore that will be released in an article.
    • the gym has been moved to the clinic which has been moved to where the reactors were, for lore reasons, the barber will have much more space.
    • the superintendent's club/waiting room and other small details have been improved. The gym as indicated by the sign nearby will become r/museum, which brings me to the next mod I'll be working on...
    I'm trying to release the final version as soon as possible.
    I still need to set up the clinic/gym,
    rework the residents' quarters.
    The idea would be to move the workers of the second floor bar to a new area on the same floor...
    reduce and hide the navigation problems of the npc.
    I think I'll leave the military quarters as they were because they came out really well.

    crash issues solved,work is progressing quickly:
    4 rooms (for VIPs) in the attic builtat
    this point Vault 88 has 4 bathrooms all hand builta
    hole has been plugged and the water pump has been integrated into the Vault so 3 of the 4 ways have an end.
    now i want to rebuild the living quarters and make single units, the factory is the easy part.

    as you can see bethesda items make a difference in the environment

    Definetly tracking this mod.
    I must confess Vault 88 i rarely use these days on playthroughs as I heard about the bug that building there breaks navmeshes in and out of V88
    But you probably already addrressed that if you are working with greats like LarranKiar.

    So the version you publish will or not have a brothel in it?
    It sounds interestig to me and is something the map needs IMHO.
    If you decided to move away from that sales center and the brothel any chance there could be a secondary file issued with that content still intact?

      I'm glad you're interested, Vault 88 is complete.
      Basically the layout was completed before this bug,
      the only problem found besides the crashes is in home plate that the door of the modded basement was blocked and trying to open it crashed the game, possible due to nevmash.
      The version with brothel and sales center does not exist but it should remain a reference / easter egg anyway for all ages.
      The Castle and Sanctuary will be loading soon

      I found a patch for the navmesh issue I put it in the required files,

    So... what does this mod actually do? It *seems* from the 'sound-bites' that it adds settlements that are vanilla-y but then the description talks about brothels and slave selling in Vault 88 which are deffo not vanilla.
    The 'sound-bites' drew me here, but the vague description needs some work. Is this a replacer? A blueprint?

      that information is catalogued in a separate section, below before the credits...
      These are just curiosities, as clarified in the other comment there will be no +18 content otherwise there would have been the tag.
      I would like to make some improvements to Vault 88 there are some panels/walls that by moving them open up additional slots for housing units or other. I wanted to create an industrial area and even build a housing unit for each inhabitant.
      Unfortunately there is a problem with weight and crashes and therefore I have to evaluate whether such an important project is feasible.
