New Pinehelm Grotto

Pinehelm Grotto is a hidden gem nestled in the far south of Rorikstead. Venture through the abandoned Ebonstone Cave to discover this secluded retreat. Within Pinehelm Grotto awaits a quaint farmhouse, ready to become your own, filled with amenities tailored for the intrepid adventurer.
Embark on a thrilling quest intertwined with a nearby Nordic ruin, promising exploration and excitement. Uncover the mysteries of this picturesque haven and make it your home in the wilds of Skyrim.
This mod is also compatible with my Hammet's Dungeon Pack 1 & 2, Vominheim, Valefrost, and all of my other standalone dungeon mods.
Requires SE with v1.5.97.0.8. Can be used for AE v1.6.353., v1.6.640, GOG version, v1.6.1130.0.8, and the latest 1.6.1170.0.8. This mod is not SKSE-dependent.
Newly remade area with the basic things an adventurer needs:
-forge
-tanning rack
-smelter
-workbench
-grindstone
-alchemy table
-enchanting table
-variable plants for ingredients to alchemy
-my ebony ore
-garden with chickens and goats
-a great view on the side cliff to relax
-a wood elf female spell sword follower
-a mysterious ruin to explore

-rewrote and improved grammar in the journal note
-added a lore book about the tomb
-change the interior lighting template
-interior hole above the ceiling will reflect the day and night cycle outside

Arvungr Crypt - is a Nordic ruin found near Pinehelm Grotto House. It's a radiant Quest-enabled dungeon and is just a standard normal-difficulty dungeon with at least a level 10 requirement.
Incompatibility will only be a conflict of mod location and this mod uses only vanilla asset
