Brings zooming and panning functionality to DDS Preview in Mod Organizer 2.

Mod Organizer 2 plugin that adds zooming and panning functionality to DDS Preview window.
Keeps zoom level and pan location locked when switching between conflicting DDS files.
How to use it:
- Open a DDS file and zoom via mouse scroll wheel.
- Click and drag to pan.
- Click "Fit to Window" in the bottom right to reset the view.
Notes:
- Tested with MO2 2.5.2
Installation:
- Toss it in the plugins folder inside your MO2 folder.
- Overwrite the existing DDSPreview.py file.
Q: Why?
A: Cycling through conflicting textures is so useful, but sometimes I wanted to zoom in to compare the details (especially for upscales and "cleaned up" textures).
Q: The panning is a bit funky.
A: I'm working on it. A revised version is out which improves it (v0.6.2)
