Instead of ask a follower to follow you, you need to gacha them first.

THERE IS NO ACTUAL FOLLOWER IN THIS MOD.
Recently all indoor house and city in my Skyrim was occupied by follower. Then, I found this mod which is hided in an old 300GB modpack and tons of master esp. Since it solve both my skyrim's overpopulation and my gacha addiction, I made a clean up and upload it here in case someone has same interest.
What does this mod do?
It adds a magical lamp in front of the Riverwood Trader. Interact with it will teleport you to the Summon Hall where you can gacha for new follower.
Gacha Token is required for the summon. You can buy Gacha Token from the vending machine, craft using workbench or loot from chests and dead enemies.
How can I add X-Follower into the gacha pool?
Just add X-Follower into the follower list (check the image) using CK or xEdit and you're good to go.
