There are two versions one with, and one without tattoos.
A High Poly CotR Preset. ♡ (Charmers of the Reach)

I made this preset to take photos of DD - Fuse00 - Time Traveler HIMBO SMP.
There are two versions one with, and one without tattoos.
 
How to load Preset
 Choose a race from CotR, the ones ending in DZ. (Example: Nord DZ, Breton DZ, Imperial DZ)

 Select Male

 Load the preset named [ COTR MALE ] - Time Traveler
or [ COTR MALE ] - Time Traveler - Tattoos.

 Then select the “Sculpt” tab and load the face sculpt, [ COTR MALE ] - Time Traveler.nif
or [ COTR MALE ] - Time Traveler - Tattoos.nif

Please let me know if you have any issues.

I use my personal edited version of Silent Horizons ENB, and Maple ReShade in all the photos.
