Low impact Reshade to add vibrance and contrast

This is a simple Reshade that hardly impacts performance and adds much needed contrast to the game along with some subtle color remapping.

Installs minimal effects:
1. AmbientLight - warms up the lighting quite a bit
2. HSLShift - brings some of the colors into focus
3. LevelsPlus - adds much needed contrast
4. Tonemap - uncrushes darks
5. AdaptiveSharpen - OPTIONAL - adds slight sharpening, good for playing on lower than native resolution

How to install:
- Requires REFramework and Reshade
- Install Reshade to MonsterHunterWilds.exe, using Direct X 10/11/12
- Add the LegacyFX and SweetFX packages to your install. For a lighter install, you can just check the effects I used.
- Unzip Loud and Clear.ini
- Put Loud and Clear.ini into your Monster Hunter Wilds directory.
