Build a shopping district in Warwick homestead.
Groundwork
Remove crops from the field.

The whole will be about this size.
Remarks
Because of the high load, again, it is not suitable for residential use and should be considered only as a studio for visits and screenshots.
The load would be lightened somewhat if the noodle shop and BAR decorations were destroyed.
This blueprint is produced in excess of the capacity of the settlement.
Please introduce Faster Workshop (Workshop Lag Fix) or Faster Workshop NG and BLE or Mod to eliminate capacity when reworking.
It was built at 5 times the normal rate.
After input, several lights and signs have not been turned on.
Please check in workshop mode.
Or press and hold the E key to select the entire building, then shake it slightly sideways to cancel the selection.
The import settlement still shows the light sphere from the Settlement Objects Expansion Pack(Gray sphere).
Once you activate the workshop mode, the sphere will disappear.
SOE spherical lighting of neon letters and lighted signs is used to create a night scene, but the color remains even when the lights are turned off, so please delete if you find it unnatural.
There are a total of 9 stores available for placement.
Assign a mat on the store floor ground in workshop mode.
Craftable Takahashi is recommended for placement as a clerk in a noodle shop.
Singing Settler is recommended for BAR. As a precaution, a dedicated tracking spotlight penetrates downstairs.
A simple workroom and a spare room are available.
As I was decorating, I thought it would be too much of a burden to build another room, so I entrusted it to you.
The rooftop is also kept as empty as possible for expansion.
Option
In addition to the finished product, a minimally decorated version is also available for building as desired.

I will prepare this as an extra for Clipboard Resurrection. It has a few quirks, so please consider it as a simplified version with some modifications.
I will not do a clipboard pattern of the finished product because of angle issues and other unintended conditions at the time of input.
I also uploaded the Origin version, but the mod itself has already been removed by the remastering of YuVend Inc, which is an essential mod here. Please download with that in mind. The only changes are two different vending machines.
