I present to you the Abernathy Family Farm and Store. The Abernathy's have banded together with a group of artisan settlers to rebuild the family home and barn. The new Abernathy farm boasts of a produce market, fish monger, artwork painter, quilter, wood worker, and small engine repair shop.

DIRECTIONS: 1. Travel to Abernathy Farm 2. Speak to Blake (there is a quest attached to accessing the workbench that you'll have to complete that). 3. Claim settlement using workbench SCRAPPING Just use the command code 'scrapall'
BUILDING THE SETTLEMENT 1. Build Transfer Settlement workbench, which is under the power management tab, under miscellaneous tab 2. Select import bp_ottapota_abernathy_250405221308 3. Wait until the blueprint is entirely completed. SAVING THE GAME The game will sometimes freeze if you save directly after import or if you try to fast travel right away (Even though it tells you to do so). I have tried two solutions: Solution 1: Wait a couple of in game days in Abernathy Farm and then try saving the game. Solution 2: Use the command code TGM 'god mode' and walk away from Sanctuary as far as you can, for a couple of in-game days (Try not to use anything with a load door, as these will save automatically). The god mode is to keep you safe until you can save your game.
** Once your game is saved you can now assign settlers to the upstairs barn shop, fish monger, wood working, crops, small engine repair, and beds.
KNOWN ISSUES: The roof pitch was a bit difficult to get exactly right, so it's a bit off. Also, to add an additional balcony on the second floor I practically had to use duct tape on the walls to get it to work, so that's a bit off too.
INFORMATION: ** I use Visceral ENB** This is not what I consider to be lore friendly. If you're looking for a more lore friendly mod, there are some great ones on Nexus. Fallout 4 version 1.10.984.0 My computer specs are: Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz, Ram: 64.0 GB
