Minutemen settle down in Jamaica plain, the best place to keep an eye on the south.
Especially Gunners plaza and Quincy.

It's a levelled city plan. Can support 23 setters at level 3.
Suppply lines linked  whith IDEK's Logistics Station.
All the necessary : armory, weapons, AA Workshop and medical to explore the south.
Level 0 : 2 farm,1 industrial, 1 Municipal and 5 residential plot
Added in level 1 : 1 med, 1Bar, 1 Diner, 1 commercial and 1 Martial plot and 3 turrets
Added In level 2 : 3 commercial, 1 municipal, 2 martial, 2 industrial, 1 recreational and 7 residential plot
Added in level 3 : 3 recreational plot and 5 turrets

!! It's a rather heavy city plan! You need to think about expanding the settlement's budget :
workshop-->manage-->configure build limits !!
