So with this build i did more repair then a rebuild
Steps to do before using blue print
1 scrap all walls and floors not foundations
2 scrap the house beside work bench an scrap destroyed house as they both get rebuilt
3 get rid of any angled walls and square everything up
4 scrap all floors and roofs
5 then just scrap all the junk
6 any walls that cannot be scrapped in build mod just open console commands click on it and type disable
if you get confused which i would just look at the pictures they should help
