Detailed and "lived-in", supports up to 14 settlers. A chem and general store. Self-sustained for food and water. The walls of the houses being used have been patched.
In the player home, I left the living room and kitchen alone, and scrapped the rest. Scrap everything inside and outside the "workshop house" across the street. After the transfer has gone through, it would be best to go through the area and remove the pre-existing items that are clipping through.
Make sure the "original items" option is selected for the transfer.
