Here I present you with something of an unofficial Definitive Edition of the game, it attempts to optimize in-game encounters, fix game-design inconsistencies/oversights and restore cut content.
--WHO IS IT FOR--
"Sinners of Lordran" is made for a narrow audience who believes that Dark Souls 1 is perfectly fine as it is. Here you won't see massive overhauls or ambitious changes to the core gameplay, instead you will find subtle edits that are meant to enhance the immersion in an already amazing game. In other words, use this mod if you want mostly the same experience as the base game.

- Changes that make the world feel more alive - new enemies, NPCs, events, quests and items.
- Design that practices self-restraint - all edits aim to be lore-friendly and aligned with the base game as much as possible.
- If it isn't broken, don't fix it - every encounter in the game was carefully reviewed not to diverge too much from the experience of the original game.
- Cut content, restored - Shiva's quest, a new type of enemy, two new sets of armor and a new miracle.
- Miscellaneous fixes - fixed some bugs of the base game.
This is my love letter to this game, I put a lot of thought and care into this work and I hope you like my vision. Special thanks to Grimrukh for his soulstruct tools and his help in general, as well as Dark Souls modding Discord server for their help with creating this mod.
