Toxic water isn't the worst hazard when visiting Judy near Laguna Bend, with the catwalk-made deck and cottage, you surely will be needing a tetanus shot soon after.
Now, after a couple modifications and cleanup, the place no longer poses a risk to your health but also allows you to have a nice get-away home away from the noise of the city.

The mod removes several collisions and proxy meshes. It has been thoroughly tested without any bugs but still consider it as experimental. If you get any bug please report so I can find the culprit and zap it out! The quest "Pyramid Song" has been tested and works without a hitch with this mod. In case you want the bed and shower to be functional, the mod I really want to stay at your dwelling does wonders.

Install the Zip File with Mod Organizer 2 and activate, or unzip manually and drop in the base game folder.
To uninstall just remove this mod files from your directory.
