Fix for weird Projectile Launcher inheritance
The Pyromania (Technical) Perk was nerfed into not applying to explosive bullets, for the somewhat reasonable reason that it was exceedingly easy to stack it that way. Problem is, that easy stacking was the bread & butter of many aggressive combat builds (through the subordinate Burn This City and Heat Shield Perks), that were killed overnight by that update.
This mod ensures that all explosions (caused by the player) qualify for stacking effect application. Even explosive bullets, grenades of different elements, and the random explosions caused by some iconic weapons. Perk description is updated to reflect new criteria of application.
There was another mod doing some of this already, with an add-on to also apply to Firecracker, but that worked through a different logic that couldn't apply to some modded weapons and/or Better Chimera Mods's Firecracker.
